What you'll do: Provide servant leadership and mentorship to cross-functional agile teams delivering technology solutions Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the team’s ability to deliver against their commitments Scope Management Change Management Strong stakeholder management and resource allocation capabilities Maintain the product roadmap aligned between Engineering and Product Raise, manage, and monitor risk mitigation plans Implement, generate, and govern project metrics and KPIs to track team performance, delivery velocity, and quality outcomes; continuously refine measurement frameworks to drive data-driven improvements Challenge and enable the team to continuously improve through intentional Lean and data driven inspect and adapt cycles (retrospectives) Follow technical releases, escalating problems to the leadership Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions What you'll need: University degree in computing-related fields such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Systems Analysis and Development is preferred but not required (MBA/Master's is a plus) Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken) Ability to understand technical issues at a high level Proven experience with Agile projects and project management methodologies Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and time sensitive work environment More about you: You´re motivated by building up world class solutions that impacts millions of users all over the world; Experienced working in an environment which uses and stimulates DevOps culture; You´re creative when solving problems and is continuously seeking improvements for processes and solutions; You're a team player, who promotes collaboration You demonstrate resilience, collaboration, and a growth mindset You can communicate clearly with your team and the company to identify issues and demands; You have the autonomy to recognize the current and new priorities, evaluating the impact of their outcomes in the final result.
