Job Title: Technical Project Manager Location: Indore (On-site/Relocation Required) Work from Office/Client Site (Mon - Fri) Immediate Joiners who can join in 30 days or less. Type: Full-time The Opportunity Ascentt is seeking a strategic delivery leader to drive a high-stakes manufacturing transformation program for a global automotive enterprise. This is not a traditional administrative PM role. It is a strategic position for a leader who speaks the language of Data Engineering, breathes Agile, and understands the commercial nuances of Consulting. You will bridge the gap between our specialized Cloud Architects and the client’s Engineering leadership, setting the standard for the client's future data strategy. Key Responsibilities Strategic Delivery: Orchestrate end-to-end execution from Architecture Blueprinting to MVP Pilot, managing critical path dependencies in a high-velocity environment. Commercial Guardianship: Act as the gatekeeper for scope. You will rigorously manage the SOW, handling Change Requests (CRs) to protect project margins while maintaining excellent client relationships. Agile Leadership: Wear the "Scrum Master" hat to facilitate stand-ups and sprint planning, translating high-level business requirements into actionable user stories and technical backlogs. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Client Product Owners and SMEs, navigating complex approvals across Cyber Security, Infrastructure, and Data Governance. Quality Control: Oversee UAT and ensure all deliverables meet strict "Definition of Done" and enterprise privacy standards. Who You Are A Driver: You don’t wait for permission; you push for decisions and resolution. Diplomatically Assertive: You know how to say "No" to scope creep without burning bridges. Structured Solver: You excel at breaking down ambiguous business issues into actionable technical steps. Qualifications Experience: 8-12 years in IT, with 4+ years dedicated to Project Management in Data, Analytics, or Cloud Infrastructure. Consulting DNA: Deep understanding of managing SOW-based deliverables, billing milestones, and commercial scope. Agile Mastery: Deep understanding of Scrum frameworks (CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP certification strongly preferred). Technical Fluency: Strong conceptual understanding of Data Lakes (AWS/Azure/GCP), Big Data pipelines, and BI Visualization. Education: B.E./B.Tech (MBA is a plus). Preferred Skills (The Edge) Direct experience with Automotive OEMs or Manufacturing industries. Prior experience with top-tier IT consulting firms or Systems Integrators.
