JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects within our organization. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in enterprise software development.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects from initiation to completion.
  • Utilize project management methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Kanban to guide project teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project, TFS, or VersionOne.
  • Monitor project progress and performance against established metrics; adjust plans as necessary.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage release management processes.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance standards and disaster recovery plans throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead efforts in test-driven development (TDD) and maintain documentation for all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
