As our Technical Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role in planning, executing, and finalizing projects while ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals. You will work on projects like baguette, our ERP system, while working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX/UI designers, and product owners to transform ASTUDIO into the future as an AI-first digital marketing agency.
We’re all about pushing technological boundaries and setting new standards in business solutions. Your experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and technical background in React, Python, Laravel, or other relevant software tools will allow you to effectively communicate with the development team and drive product success.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in software project management with a background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Technical knowledge in React, Python, Laravel, or similar technologies to effectively communicate with development teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead Projects: Manage the end-to-end delivery of software projects from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with Baguette’s vision and business objectives.
• Agile Execution: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives to keep the development process on track.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and UX/UI designers to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps while monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary.
• Resource Allocation: Manage resources, including personnel and budgets, to optimize project efficiency.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any challenges.
