We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects from initial idea through to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Your Day will Look like: Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them. Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project. Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy. Communicate with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals. Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected. Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in a relevant field of studies Minimum 5 years of professional working experience in IT project management or a similar role in Software or Infrastructure related projects. Fluency in oral and written Greek and English Familiarity and/or hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar will be considered as an asset Experience working in large scale industries, such as Banking or Energy. Communicating effectively in a structured manner, with all stakeholders Problem solving and managing projects in an efficient manner Demonstrating adaptability and managing changing priorities while meeting deadlines Handling confidential information by demonstrating high sense of professionalism Have relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) Competitive Compensation package.
