Description
Lead AI-driven initiatives from discovery to launch — experienced, hands-on TPM/BA needed Title: Technical Project Manager + Business Analyst Location: Remote - Global - Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, China, Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador), Eastern Europe (Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Belarus, Lithuania), Africa (Kenya, South Africa, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Ghana, Egypt). Must have professional proficiency in spoken and written English. Base fee: USD $1,000 - $1,500 / MONTH + Performance Bonus (paid via bank direct deposit) Employment type: Contractor Company: Shae Group Website: https://shae.group Role Overview Shae Group is hiring senior Technical Project Managers who are outcomes-driven operators, not coordinators. This is an AI-first, hands-on TPM role for people who: Have actually worked in technology (coding, QA, systems) Have delivered real AI / LLM projects into production Are highly organized, structured, and fast Take full responsibility for delivery outcomes You will act as the execution engine between vision, architecture, and delivery — ensuring work moves immediately, cleanly, and correctly from direction → tickets → development → production. This is not a pencil-pushing PM role. Non-Negotiables (Read Carefully) This role is not a fit if you: Have never worked hands-on in technology Have only managed small MVPs or solo freelancer projects Are slow at turning direction into execution Are uncomfortable using AI tools daily Avoid accountability when delivery is at risk What You’ll Own1. AI-First Project Delivery Act as an AI ambassador for the delivery team: All documentation, specs, test cases, plans, and comms go through LLMs (GPT / Claude) first Verify developers are using AI for: Code generation Testing Validation and QA Understand LLM-based systems well enough to: Scope AI projects accurately Ask the right questions Detect delivery risk early AI is not optional here — it is how we work. 2. Technical Project Leadership (End-to-End) Own full project accountability: Scope, timelines, RAID, delivery health Standups, sprint execution, stakeholder updates Convert leadership direction into: Clear documentation Tickets Assignments Immediate execution Ensure work moves same-day, not “tomorrow” If direction is given in a meeting, the team should be executing within hours, not days. 3. Business Analysis & Documentation Excellence Produce crystal-clear written artifacts: Epics, user stories, acceptance criteria Process flows and system context UAT plans, runbooks, cutover checklists Maintain clean, organized documentation systems: Google Docs Ticketing systems Shared folders and canonical sources of truth You are expected to: Review meeting transcripts Use AI to synthesize requirements Validate AI output for accuracy Ship clean specs fast 4. High-Scale, Production-Grade Thinking Prior experience with: Large production systems (not just MVPs) High user load (concurrent users, not vanity totals) Ongoing maintenance and reliability Understand the difference between: MVP vs production DAU vs MAU vs concurrent usage Experience with SaaS platforms required (PaaS / API products a strong plus) 5. Team Orchestration & Accountability Coordinate developers, QA, tech leads, and agencies Ensure every team member: Knows exactly what to do Knows why they’re doing it Is unblocked immediately if confused Be available when delivery is at risk: Including weekends if production is under pressure Escalate early, propose solutions, and drive resolution You are the glue and the engine of delivery. Required Experience & Skills Strong technical background (coding, systems, QA, or engineering) Proven experience delivering AI / LLM-based projects to production Experience managing multiple concurrent projects Highly organized, structured, and methodical working style Exceptional written documentation skills Strong time awareness and forward planning (1–2 weeks ahead minimum) Comfortable driving teams, not waiting for updates Humble, calm, confident communicator Able to work with global teams and varied accents without friction Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have) Healthcare, clinical, or regulated data experience Experience with: Conversational AI systems AI scribes, chat-based workflows, document intelligence Enterprise background with strong process discipline Exposure to PaaS / API licensing models What Success Looks Like Direction turns into execution the same day Teams are clear, aligned, and moving fast Projects ship on time and done well Documentation is clean, complete, and reusable Risks are surfaced early — not discovered late Leadership always knows where things stand Contract & Compensation USD $1,000–$1,500 / month (contractor) Performance bonus for KPI over-performance Paid monthly via USD bank transfer Independent Contractor status How to Apply You will be asked to: Complete a 16-minute AI video interview Complete a personality profile Submit: A one-page delivery plan A sample spec with acceptance criteria you authored Shortlisted candidates will participate in a rapid delivery case discussion Closing Note We hire Technical Project Managers who finish things, not manage optics. If you thrive on ownership, speed, structure, and accountability — and you use AI daily to do your best work — you’ll do very well here.
