Overview: Job Title: Technical Project Manager Security Clearance: Secret Location: Erbil, Iraq (Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.) Description: C3EL is seeking a cleared and experienced professional to join our team on-site in Erbil, Iraq. The Technical Project Manager will provide functions to support IT project management activities at unit level, this involves overseeing all aspects of the project, leading a team on large projects or a significant segment of large and complex projects. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Collaborate effectively with support personnel and communicate clearly with government leadership to drive mission success. Deliver clear, concise verbal communication and build strong working relationships across technical and leadership teams. Produce accurate, well-structured technical documentation in accordance with contract and government standards. Operate, maintain, and support contract-specified equipment with proven hands-on experience. Utilize computer-based project management tools to track tasks, timelines, and deliverables. Minimum Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship. An active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance. Current DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE, or equivalent). Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive experience in design and development. At least five (5) years of management and supervisory experience overseeing military hardware and software development projects. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in systems analysis. Able to travel to support mission up to 10%. Must possess a valid U.S. passport. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Management, OR an Associate’s degree plus fifteen (15) years of recent specialized experience, OR twenty (20) years of recent specialized experience.
