• Well versed in software development lifecycle and have experience across all stages
• Deliver projects with front end development, microservices, cloud environment, and containerization
• Work with product owners and customers to understand use case and business requirements.
• Understand user requirements and be able to break them into high level & low-level design components to be delegated to team members
• Lead a team of Agile developers
• Help team to design/develop to customer requirements by effectively coordinating activities between business analysts, scrum leads, developers, and managers
• Act as a technical lead/mentor for developers in day to day and overall project areas
• Conduct peer-reviews and lead reviews and provide feedback
• Assist with maintenance and prioritization of the product development backlog
• Run daily scrum meetings and track tasks via tools like JIRA
• Work on project KPIs and metrics and formulate status reports based on the project charter and plan
• Manage project financials and ensure project deliveries to scope, budget and time
• Overall experience ranges between 12 -15 years with 4-6 years of hands on experience in application development
• Technical Project Manager will have a degree in any of the following disciplines - BE/B. Tech/MCA/M.Sc./MTech
• Hands on current experience in Java 8, Microservices, SQL, J2ee, ORM, APIs, Cloud, JavaScript, Spring, Git
• Should have led technical team sizes of 10 or more
