• Define project scope, budget, time, and quality requirements, including tracking mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain the project plan, including the prioritization of activities and deliverables.
• Estimate resources, durations, and the project budget, and create the project schedule.
• Monitor and control the project scope, quality, and risks, making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with Resource Managers to allocate roles and adapt delivery plans as needed.
• Identify stakeholders, plan communication, and manage project information dissemination and storage, while contributing to the development of project management best practices.
