Description Centennial Technologies is seeking a dynamic Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee IT projects from planning through completion. The PM will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while meeting quality standards and client expectations. Working closely with technical leads, the PM will monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership. This role requires a highly organized, results-driven professional with strong leadership and communication skills. Requirements Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Guide and coach teams new to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and changes. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to monitor and report project progress. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, providing leadership and motivation. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification. Minimum of 8 years of experience managing complex IT projects. Proven track record of successfully delivering IT initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with project management tools and software. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience with legacy-to-cloud migrations. Experience with cloud migrations using DevOps practices. Familiarity with Ci/CD tools Agile SAFe certification preferred. Work Conditions Location: Hybrid – At least 4 days onsite in Tysons Corner, VA.
