Description

Cloud Imperium Games is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of transformative IT initiatives across infrastructure, platforms and services. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in complex environments, collaborates across disciplines, and is ready to grow with a fast-paced, expanding organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of IT projects from initial concept and planning through implementation, transition to service, and ongoing support.
  • Manage complex delivery environments involving internal teams and third-party suppliers, ensuring clarity of roles, accountability, and seamless integration.
  • Apply strong project governance across planning, contracts, budgets, deliverables, and RAID management to ensure control and transparency.
  • Lead resolution of complex IT service and delivery issues, coordinating across technical and business teams to restore service and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Champion ITIL-aligned practices, ensuring service readiness, operational stability, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and iterative delivery.
  • Maintain high-quality project documentation and reporting, ensuring visibility and alignment across all levels of the organisation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape delivery strategy and contribute to the evolution of project management practices.
  • Be a true team player, building trust across departments, adapting to changing priorities, and stepping in wherever needed to keep projects moving.
