SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Project Manager Co-op position will be part of Security Risk Advisors, Technical Project Management team. Our style of project management is dynamic, innovative, fast- paced, and highly rewarding for both our clients and our team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a wide variety of project management tools and process across various well-known client organizations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience or coursework utilising project management techniques.
  • Experience in coordinating teams and clients.
  • Creative problem solving, attention to detail, coordination, teamwork, decision making.
  • An interest in learning about cybersecurity technology and information security.
Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Facilitate cross-team and external client collaboration, ensuring alignment of project objectives with organizational goals and fostering a cohesive team environment.

  • Encourage a proactive approach to problem-solving, empowering team members to address day-to-day operational issues and scope changes effectively.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation and reporting of project progress, adhering to organizational policies and procedures, and facilitating informed data driven decision-making.
  • Must possess the aptitude to rapidly learn and become proficient in the use of information security-specific jargon and acronyms, effectively assimilating, and applying the specialized terminology used daily in InfoSec
  • Eventually drive continuous improvement initiatives by critically evaluating existing project management processes and introducing scalable solutions to enhance efficiency.
