Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager – Communication Networks to support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical communication infrastructure. In this role, you will lead and coordinate technical initiatives related to IP-based networks, communication services, and network infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable networking solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate technical projects related to communication networks and infrastructure. Manage the maintenance, lifecycle, and continuous improvement of communication solutions and services. Plan, monitor, and follow up on technical deliveries and project activities. Provide technical expertise for IP-based network solutions and communication infrastructure. Support the implementation and operation of Cisco-based networking environments. Coordinate and support mobile communication technologies, including 4G and 5G networks. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Review network architecture, documentation, and technical processes to ensure quality and compliance. Identify risks, resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvements. Ensure network solutions meet security, reliability, and operational requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management, communication networks, or network infrastructure. Experience planning, designing, and managing communication network projects. Strong understanding of network lifecycle management and infrastructure maintenance. Experience with IP-based networking technologies and packet-switched communication. Knowledge of network architecture, documentation, and operational processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Cisco networking technologies and enterprise network architecture. Knowledge of optical fiber communication and radio network technologies. Experience with network security principles and secure communication infrastructure. Experience with SCADA or industrial control systems. Background working within critical infrastructure, utilities, energy, telecommunications, or public sector environments. Familiarity with industry regulations and security compliance standards.
