Description:

The Technical Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of technology implementation projects, serving as the primary point of contact for project intake, planning, execution, and governance. This role ensures projects align with business goals through risk management, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and process optimization, with direct oversight of key initiatives like Eclipse Development, Direct Video Calling Migration, and ASL Now client onboarding.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all technology implementation project requests, leading requirement gathering and scope clarification.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies while conducting risk assessments and mitigation planning.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to assign tasks, track deliverables, and manage technical interdependencies.
  • Maintain project documentation and report status to stakeholders.
  • Review contracts for technical feasibility and compliance.
  • Track project budgets, expenditures, and ROI while leading retrospectives for process improvements.
  • Coordinate testing strategies and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Oversee key technology initiatives including custom application development, infrastructure modernization, and client solution deployments.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with organizational security and compliance standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

To perform the essential functions of this position successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • 5+ years in technical project management (SaaS, infrastructure, software dev).
  • Expertise in Agile/Waterfall methodologies and tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence).
  • Proven skills in risk mitigation, budget tracking, and resource capacity planning.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements for diverse stakeholders.
  • Certifications: PMP, CSM, or ITIL preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or STEM-related field; or equivalent professional experience (REQUIRED)
  • Minimum two years of professional experience with writing, creating, and debugging code (REQUIRED)
  • Minimum two years of professional experience with enterprise-grade cloud platforms, e.g., AWS, GCP, and Azure (REQUIRED)
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks such as SSAE16, PCI, or HIPAA (PREFERRED)
  • AWS Certified Developer Associate, PCAP, or other professional certifications (PREFERRED)
  • Ability to communicate effectively using American Sign Language (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
