Company Description Finfra is a rapidly growing Embedded Lending as a Service company, providing a one-stop shop for businesses seeking to launch lending services in Indonesia. Our cutting-edge platform integrates seamlessly with our client’s systems to streamline their lending operations. Job Description Lead the end-to-end delivery of fintech or banking technology projects, such as core banking systems, payment systems, and digital platforms. Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, compliance, and business to ensure smooth project execution. Define and manage project scope, timelines, and resource planning. Maintain clear project documentation and regular status updates for key stakeholders. Act as the main bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business requirements into technical deliverables. Identify potential technical, operational, and project risks, and proactively work on mitigation plans. Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in project management or technical project coordination, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services. Experience managing technology-related projects such as digital platforms, payment systems, or financial systems. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify project risks and propose effective solutions. Basic understanding of financial products, fintech operations, and regulatory requirements is preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate between business and engineering teams. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
