Desirable: engineering qualification Manage projects to the highest standards of quality and delivery, including: Ensuring the solution is delivered on time, within budget and meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Manage project related client contacts, including multi-stakeholder expectations of customer team and internal team, and alignment of Dover Motion project team with proposal and contract commitments. Direct project team in day-to-day activities and provide program leadership. Prepare detailed project schedules, expenditure estimates and resource plans. Approve designs and design changes, conduct final review of all commercial commitments with the Senior Director, Commercial Operations. Review and recommend proposal changes if achievement of deliverables is unlikely. Assist in generating new proposals and work closely with business development and discipline leaders to set strategy and support conversion process.
