TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER OVERVIEW: :

ebbo is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our highly skilled PMO organization. This role is responsible for driving both current and new initiatives in alignment with enterprise standards and best practices. The Technical Project Manager will manage projects end-to-end, partnering closely with Infrastructure, Engineering, Client Services, and Production Operations teams. A critical part of this role includes reporting to project owners and stakeholders, ensuring quality and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities of Technical Project Manager: :

• Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Partner with Business teams to establish and align project priorities.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams and ensure all stakeholders are kept updated on project progress, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate with the Security team to manage results of security scans, organize vulnerabilities by severity, and work with Engineering/IT stakeholders to prioritize and resolve issues.
• Track remediation progress, escalate critical vulnerabilities as needed, and ensure security requirements are integrated into planning and delivery.
• Lead daily scrum meetings and other agile ceremonies, proactively removing or escalating roadblocks.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and flag potential risks and deadlines at risk before they are missed.

Skills of Technical Project Manager: :

• 5+ years of professional project management experience.
• Proven experience managing projects in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong skills in organization, documentation, metrics, and trend analysis, with a passion for continuous process improvement.
• Experience managing vendors in a previous role is a strong plus.
• Experience in 3rd party integrations and/or application reengineering projects.
• Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and operate independently with minimal oversight.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, and other project planning platforms.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$90,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure, and standing with the company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, pertinent experience, and qualifications.:
