Description

ECS is seeking a Technical Project Manager to work in our Arlington, VA office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon additional funding. ECS is seeking several mid-career project managers to provide onsite support to a new DARPA initiative: Quantum Benchmarking Initiative (QBI) https://www.darpa.mil/research/programs/quantum-benchmarking-initiative [https://www.darpa.mil/research/programs/quantum-benchmarking-initiative]. The project managers will serve as the main interface between a performing company and DARPA. Qualifications * 8+ years of experience including grad school or post doc * Masters + 8 year or PhD +4 years of work experience and technologically conversant * Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum of a DoD Secret clearance * Ability to communicate effectively with excellent oral and written skills. * Ability to learn new subjects and gain rapid insights into current and next-generation research topics, preferably with hands-on leadership of research programs at the performer level in multidisciplinary fields.

Responsibilities
