ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our technology projects from inception to completion.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• German at native speaker level and fluent in English
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing role
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Develop comprehensive technical project plans, architecture roadmaps, and resource allocations
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional engineering and development teams to execute technical deliverables efficiently
• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies that could impact project success
• Facilitate technical planning sessions, sprint planning, and status meetings
• Document technical requirements, system architecture, and implementation processes
• Ensure proper technical validation and quality assurance before project delivery
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for all assigned technical projects
