Mission Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee the successful realization of our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance with applicable codes and norms, and adherence to contractual specifications. Key objectives include:
Ensuring quality, conformity, and completeness of technical documentation.
Respecting document and equipment delivery schedules.
Optimizing design and costs.
Monitoring proposal BOQs and estimates.
Controlling internal and external interfaces.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Project Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:
Applying the Design Process effectively.
Coordinating internal and external design teams.
Optimizing financial results for the projects you manage.
Being accountable for the projects under your coordination.
Defending the company’s interests in dealings with customers and suppliers.
Organizing Design Review meetings and following up on action lists.
Preparing RFQ (Request for Quotation) packages for the Purchasing department.
Conducting technical negotiations with suppliers.
Following up on engineering tasks with suppliers.
Acting as the key point of contact for mechanical erection and commissioning advisors on-site.
Conducting technical risk assessments.
Promoting quality, efficiency, and productivity to meet business objectives.
Prioritizing tasks and developing the technical competencies and soft skills of your team.
Implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience in a technical environment.
Field experience (erection supervision, commissioning).
Language Requirements
Must: Fluent in English and French.
Nice to Have: Additional languages are a plus.
Level of Experience
Senior level with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
Technical Prerequisites
Engineering Master’s degree (Civil or Industrial OR Mechanical).
Strong interest in technical topics and project management skills.
Understanding of international codes and norms (EN, ISO, ASME).
Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
Soft Skills
Team spirit and coaching abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Assertiveness and decision-making capabilities.
Creative and results-oriented mindset.
Organized and schedule-oriented approach.
Comfortable with international contacts and relationships.
Ability to work under pressure and available for short missions abroad.
