QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Montreal, QC, and open to working onsite 3 days/week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Planning & Execution
• Develop and manage project plans, define scope, schedule tasks, allocate resources, and monitor deliverables from initiation through closure.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment between business and IT teams.
• Risk & Issue Management
• Identify project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues that could impact project success.
• Team Leadership
• Lead cross-functional teams, delegate responsibilities, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration to drive high performance.
• Budget & Resource Management
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and staffing to ensure efficient project delivery with optimal resource utilization.
