Description

Flynaut is looking for a Technical Project Manager with proven experience working on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) software or products. This role requires strong technical expertise to effectively manage engineering teams, along with excellent communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of MES software projects from planning to deployment Lead and coordinate cross-functional technical teams including developers and system engineers Use JIRA to plan sprints, track progress, manage backlogs, and report project status Translate manufacturing and business requirements into clear technical tasks Ensure timelines, scope, quality, and budget adherence Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and stakeholders Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive timely decision-making Ensure documentation, reporting, and project governance standards are maintained Required Skills & Experience Experience as a Technical Project Manager on MES software or MES products Strong technical understanding of manufacturing systems and shop-floor operations Hands-on experience with JIRA for project and task management Ability to guide and manage technical teams effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP, SCADA, PLC, or industrial automation integrations Background in manufacturing domains such as automotive, pharma, food & beverage, or electronics PMP, Agile, or similar project management certifications (good to have)
