Description

This position is responsible to manage the full life cycle of all system integrations between MMP and upstream/downstream interfacing systems both inside and outside of Ford. Manage the deliverables such as scope, functional spec, technical spec, testing plan and support plan. Work with cross-functional Ford service teams, external Systems Integrator, manufacturing business subject matter experts, and Ford IT teams from a portfolio of integrating systems, including external trading partners and government agencies. Identify, track and solution the issues, risks and blockers in a timely manner. Support regular status reports on Integration to the MMP Governance Board including IT and Business leadership Actively engage and seek support from Ford internal teams, such as PMO, Basis, Cyber Security and external partners such as SAP and Suppliers to ensure the successful launch of system integration. Established and active employee resource groups Bachelors' degree required. Minimum three years of direct Project Management experience Strong technical background on complex system integration Strong communication skills and can-do attitude Manufacturing experience is a plus SAP experience is a plus
