Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible); Hybrid

• Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects across Formulations, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and resources are aligned.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Supervise clerical staff to ensure project documentation is accurate and timely.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support broader technical strategies.
