Description

Responsibilities:Lead the delivery of technology workstreams for office buildouts, relocations, and refurbishment projects across EMEA.
Coordinate the implementation of workplace technologies, including AV systems, network infrastructure, cabling, and server room environments.
Align technology delivery timelines with construction and design schedules to ensure readiness for office openings.
Collaborate with real estate, design, construction, and internal IT teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage third-party vendors responsible for AV, cabling, and infrastructure delivery.
Track project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects.
Ensure all technology solutions comply with global standards and operational requirements.
Facilitate stakeholder communication, reporting, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee testing, commissioning, and technology readiness for new and refurbished office spaces.
Support continuous improvement and standardization across workplace technology environments.
