JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects in the realm of enterprise software development. QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with test-driven development practices and release management processes.

• Knowledge of IT governance principles and best practices related to software development projects.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and VersionOne for effective project scheduling and tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear deliverables.
• Implement project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, PMBOK) to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that test cases are developed and executed effectively.
• Manage project risks and issues proactively while facilitating disaster recovery planning as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Lead program management efforts by coordinating multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring resource allocation aligns with priorities.
