JOB SUMMARY

One of our Leading clients is looking for a dependable and detail-focused Technical Project Manager with hands-on technical experience in time & attendance, payroll, or ERP systems. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage end-to-end implementation, streamline processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Salary starting: $60,000 annually
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Location: Toronto

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of time/attendance, payroll, or ERP systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors

• Lead and oversee implementation projects for time/attendance, payroll, or ERP systems
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while managing risks and dependencies
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support during and after implementation
• Document processes, project progress, and provide regular status updates
• Drive process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance system efficiency
