We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects from initial idea through to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them. Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project. Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy. Communicate with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals. Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected. Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change. You will be a great candidate for us if you: Have 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience within an established organization in Banking, or consulting industry; experience on collaborating and presenting to top management. Have Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Are fluent in English. Can build confidence on the teams that will work with. Have relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
