Working Hours & Location Bratislava, Slovakia Hybrid 3+2 or 2+3 Willingness to travel up to 10–15% About You You are a delivery lead who thrives in complex environments with multiple stakeholders, shifting constraints, and real accountability. You communicate with clarity, protect quality, and stay calm under pressure. You build trust through transparency, ownership, and follow-through. Qualifications Proven experience delivering multiple complex software projects concurrently for multinational, geographically distributed clients, ideally in B2B or B2G environments. Strong capability in scope control, risk management, escalation, and stakeholder shaping Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery across engineering, product, and professional services Fluency in English Ability to run customer-facing governance and communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences Strong analytical thinking and structured problem solving University education in a technology area or equivalent practical experience Advantageous Additional languages (French, Spanish) Experience delivering solutions in regulated environments (identity, security, government) Level 📊This role is scoped at T4 - Medior 2 level. At this level, success means you can take a complex delivery from ambiguity to a controlled plan, keep teams aligned under pressure, and deliver outcomes with minimal day-to-day supervision.
