What You'll Do: Project Planning & Governance Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, and budgets Establish project governance, reporting cadence, and decision-making forums Align project scope with both business and technical stakeholders Schedule, Cost & Scope Control Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost variances Control scope changes through formal change management processes Clearly communicate trade-offs between scope, timeline, and cost Technical Delivery Coordination Coordinate delivery across: Software engineering teams Data and analytics teams Infrastructure and DevOps External vendors and system integrators Manage dependencies across enterprise systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, POS, WMS, MES, data platforms) Ensure readiness for development, testing, and deployment phases Risk, Issue & Dependency Management Identify and manage delivery, technical, and operational risks early Maintain risk and issue registers with clear mitigation plans Proactively manage cross-team and cross-system dependencies Escalate critical risks with clear impact analysis and recommendations Quality & Delivery Assurance Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality and acceptance standards Coordinate system testing, integration testing, and UAT Ensure non-functional requirements (performance, security, reliability) are addressed Support go-live readiness and cutover planning Stakeholder & Communication Management Act as the main point of contact for project status and delivery updates Facilitate alignment between business, technical, and vendor teams Provide clear, timely, and factual reporting to management Manage expectations and resolve conflicts constructively Vendor & Partner Management Coordinate vendor deliverables and timelines Track vendor performance against contractual commitments Manage third-party risks and system dependencies Support commercial and contractual discussions when required Post-Implementation & Continuous Improvement Lead post-implementation reviews and lessons learned Ensure outstanding issues are tracked and resolved Support transition from project delivery to operations Continuously improve project delivery practices and standards What We’re Looking For: 8–10 years of experience in IT project management or technical delivery Proven track record delivering complex system or digital transformation projects Strong understanding of SDLC, system integration, and enterprise environments Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and managing vendors Exposure to ERP, omni-channel, data, or manufacturing systems is an advantage Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills Structured problem-solver with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive decisions
