Ability to understand technical concepts, participate in technical discussions, and facilitate decisions between technical and business teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience working in international environments. Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage priorities, risks, and delivery objectives effectively. Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken. German language skills are beneficial but not mandatory. Willingness and ability to travel regularly to project locations in Europe, including Gothenburg and Munich. Benefits Opportunity to contribute to a major global SAP transformation program. Remote contract position with the flexibility of working from Europe. International and collaborative working environment with cross-functional teams. Exposure to complex SAP RISE migration initiatives and enterprise-level projects.
