Description
  • You have a completed degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification and have many years (usually ≥ 5–8 years) of experience in managing software development or IT delivery units as well as experience in professional and/or disciplinary leadership.
  • You have several years of experience in the end-to-end management of complex software supply chains and can demonstrate how you have measurably improved delivery capability, adherence to deadlines, and product quality.
  • You are proficient in common delivery and project management methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and confidently use them to control time, budget, quality and resources, including reliable cost and capacity planning.
  • You have sound experience in risk and quality management in IT environments and use key performance indicators (e.g., SLAs, SLOs, error budgets, or similar metrics) to control stability and performance.
  • You can analyze, prioritize and resolve complex cross-organizational dependencies, as well as make strategic and operational decisions in a structured, transparent and customer-oriented manner.
