JOB SUMMARY:

As the Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company’s technology strategy, overseeing R&D initiatives, and managing complex technical projects from concept to delivery. This dual-role position combines leadership with hands-on project management, requiring expertise in innovation, strategic thinking, and operational execution.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

· Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (PhD preferred for certain industries).
· 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in project management.
· Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale technical projects.
· Strong knowledge of [industry-specific technologies, e.g., automotive software, IoT, AI, etc.].
· Familiarity with Agile and other project management methodologies.
· Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
· Fluency in [languages relevant to the market, e.g., English, German, etc.].

Pay: 80.000,00€ - 130.000,00€ per year

Responsibilities:

· Define and execute the company’s technology vision and innovation roadmap.
· Lead R&D efforts to develop cutting-edge products and solutions aligned with market needs.
· Oversee the architecture, design, and development of scalable systems and technologies.
· Stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential integration.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications.
· Build and mentor a high-performing technical team.
· Plan, coordinate, and manage technical projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align project goals with business objectives.
· Monitor project progress and adjust resources as needed to address challenges.
· Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
· Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential project bottlenecks.
