Position Overview We are looking for a dedicated Technical Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will oversee technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, are delivered on time, and align with the organization's mission. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions that drive our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, identifying key milestones and facilitating project timelines. Collaborate with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and clients to capture project requirements and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as needed to keep projects on track and ensure timely delivery. Manage risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies to protect project integrity. Facilitate project meetings, driving discussions toward actionable outcomes and ensuring stakeholder engagement. Ensure that projects adhere to Servant’s quality standards, aligning with best practices in project management. Foster an inclusive team environment, promoting collaboration and open communication among project team members. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within a technology-driven environment. Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and relevant tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar). Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in risk management and problem-solving, with a proactive approach to challenges. Technical background or experience working with engineering teams is preferred.
