Join Master-Works as a Technical Project Manager and leverage your technical expertise to lead key projects within our dynamic organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex technical projects from inception to implementation, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and deliver value to our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring successful execution of all phases of the project lifecycle. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, and quality assurance, to ensure clear communication and timely deliverables. • Oversee the technical aspects of projects, including system architecture, software development processes, and integration with existing systems. • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring that delays are promptly addressed. • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary. • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within project teams. • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. • Prepare project documentation and reports, including performance metrics and lessons learned. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in project management in a technical environment. • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. • Proficient with project management tools and methodologies. • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire project teams. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on technical solutions. • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable. • Familiarity with emerging technologies, software development, and industry trends.
