Company Description We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of software solutions designed for managed service providers (MSPs). The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with solid project management skills to ensure the successful execution of projects involving .NET-based applications, Azure cloud services, and web portal platforms. CUSTOMER Our Customer is a USA based company. PROJECT The tools being developed are designed for IT service providers, also known as Managed Service Providers (MSPs). These tools help automate various activities performed for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), such as data backup and restoration, security management, and administrative tasks within Microsoft 365 tenants. The project's primary objective is to handle the migration of the current product to the Customer’s infrastructure. We follow a Kanban-based development process, and you can expect daily status meetings with the Customer. In this role, you will work closely with the product management, engineering, and QA teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver features that enhance our MSP software ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, risks, and dependencies while ensuring alignment between technical teams and business objectives. Tech stack: Oracle NetSuite, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, C#, .NET Core, and MS Azure. Team composition: You’ll build a new team of up to 7 people, combining current employees and new hires. The team will focus on migrating the existing product to the Customer’s infrastructure and will collaborate closely with their Director of Engineering, Product Manager, and Technical Lead. Job Description Lead end-to-end planning and execution of software development projects focused on web and cloud-based solutions for MSPs Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, testers, DevOps, product owners) to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks to ensure clarity for the engineering team Oversee project scope, milestones, risks, and resource allocation, proactively managing changes and issues Maintain project documentation, status reports, and communication with stakeholders and leadership Support technical discussions and architecture reviews, leveraging knowledge of .NET and Azure environments Drive continuous improvement in development and delivery processes, aligning with Agile principles Facilitate collaboration between the product and engineering teams to ensure alignment on priorities and quality goals Qualifications At least 3+ years of management experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software environments Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle(SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies Proven experience managing projects involving .NET technologies, Azure services, and web portal solutions Technical background sufficient to communicate effectively with engineering teams (.NET Core, APIs, Azure DevOps, etc.) Experience with project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps Boards, Jira, or similar Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher WOULD BE A PLUS: Experience working with or delivering products for managed service providers (MSPs) or in the IT services domain Familiarity with Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and application monitoring Background in software engineering before transitioning to project management
