Description
Conduct Project Kick-off and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals. Create detailed project schedules, track progress, and ensure that deadlines are met. Work closely with development, product, and design teams to drive project milestones, manage resources, and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates, progress reports, and risk assessments. Share weekly reports to all business stakeholders as per project needs Conduct weekly /daily standup calls depending on project nature. Setup triage calls whenever needed to resolve project impediments Document functional and nonfunctional requirements provided by the project team members in SharePoint Work with Solution Architect to procure Architectural approval depending on project needs Make sure project risks are clearly documented and escalated with the relevant stakeholders Maintain a proper issue log and ensure the issues are clearly tracked to closure within the agreed project timelines Manage the project budget, ensuring all expenditures are accounted for and stay within approved limits. Ensure that there is clear project documentation for hand over to production Ensure that ICIF(Integrated Control Integrated Framework) scope applicable for the project is all met as part of the engagement process Ensure that Change Requests are properly raised and signed off before implementing Conduct project retrospectives to identify lessons learned and areas for future improvement. Proven experience (5+ years) managing platform or technology projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and platform architecture. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Service Now. PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus. Experience working in SaaS or cloud-based platform environments. Familiarity with API integrations, microservices, and data-driven projects. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving project requirements. Customer oriented attitude to our customer willing to provide solutions for any challenge our customer is facing by having “all-ears” to any suggestion. This is really something interesting High problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. This is a must Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
