Description

Olympus Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of Information Technology projects in support of Federal Student Aid (FSA). The Technical Project Manager will lead planning, design, development, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring that IAM and cloud-based solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. This role requires proficiency in Agile methodologies, strong technical understanding of IAM and AWS GovCloud, and the ability to manage diverse project teams in complex operating environments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of experience in IT project management, including leadership of complex and large-scale projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of Information Technology, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and AWS GovCloud systems/services.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
  • Proficiency with ITIL Foundation practices and managing agile development teams.
  • Demonstrated success delivering IT projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Expert knowledge of recent advances in computer science and engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior government officials.
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across service delivery, client, and subcontractor organizations.
  • Must have and maintain a Public Trust (Tier 4/6c) clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong communications with senior government officials, managers, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment with requirements.
  • Prepare and gain approval for project scope, schedule, cost, and quality management plans.
