KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The Manager will:

  • Lead the support and enhancement of DMS solutions for customers.
  • Build domain expertise in DMS and the customer’s business operations.
  • Manage both internal and vendor resources to meet service levels and customer expectations.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in managing support teams, customer engagements, and projects.
  • Preferred: Experience with Document Management Systems (DMS) or similar application platforms.
  • Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • PMP or CITPM certification (5+ years of project management experience).
  • Ability to obtain security clearance for Government projects.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
    Job Type: Contract
    Contract length: 12 months
    Pay: $5,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Lead planning and execution of DMS-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategies.
  • Participate in RFI/RFP activities and contribute to project scoping during presales (effort sizing, project management write-ups).
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring scope, timelines, resources, and outcomes meet milestones and budgets.
  • Oversee vendors, contractors, and internal teams to deliver project objectives on time.
  • Gather business requirements and define project scope, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Manage vendors and support teams to resolve operational issues and implement change requests (CRs).
  • Attend monthly Workgroup and PSC meetings; prepare and submit timely SLA reports and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure timely project sign-offs and maintain accurate project financials.
  • Maintain regular updates to the Project Repository.
  • Proactively monitor and escalate project risks/issues for early resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company governance and project management guidelines.
