As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the sustainment and optimization of Oracle Health systems, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance. You will manage operational schedules, monitor system performance, and drive continuous improvements while staying within budget constraints. Your leadership will guide technical staff, provide strategic direction, and implement enhancements to existing systems, ensuring operational excellence at the forefront of healthcare technology.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance necessary for this role which requires being a US citizen
  • 2-8 years of experience in technical project management, system sustainment, or operations management
  • Proven track record managing software and hardware system maintenance, configuration, and operations
  • Familiarity with enterprise cloud solutions (OCI, Azure, AWS) and their operational requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, or similar frameworks for managing system operations
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system roadmaps and meet stringent operational standards
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term system reliability and scalability
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong judgment, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills
  • Comfortable managing and analyzing large datasets to drive operational insights
