We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who will serve as the primary coordinator for customer-facing projects—from gathering initial requirements to final deployment. They will own the communication with customers, ensuring expectations are set and met, while skillfully managing multiple competing priorities. Drawing on strong technical proficiency in software, SQL, APIs, and troubleshooting, you will build custom solutions that satisfy client needs and align with Professional Services objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or Architecture.
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst or Project management experience.
  • Previous software development and consulting experience (minimum 5 years) in any Microsoft Tech stack (minimum 2 years) as well as good exposure to Azure and Cloud technologies
  • At least 2 years in professional services, preferably in a Saas product company dealing in logistics, routing, optimization, order management, and couriers.
  • Expertise with Requirements gathering, Solutioning, Scoping, Estimating, Project Planning, Tracking, Scheduling, Communicating, Managing Risks and Issues.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency, working knowledge of APIs, Data Exchange protocols
  • Ability to Create Custom Development Request (SOW), Manage Scope creep, Create Project Change Request
  • Tools: Atlassian Jira/Confluence, CRM like Zoho, Remote productivity tools
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills
  • Ability to prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success.
  • Previous experience in Remote jobs

Responsibilities
  • Strong communicator and collaborator
  • Collaborate with customers to document project requirements, create project plans, and maintain clear timelines.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and milestones, establishing a solid foundation for successful execution.
  • Coordinate with Professional Services Engineers and other stakeholders to develop and deliver custom work or reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Client Success, Professional Services Engineering) for cross-functional project needs.

  • Track project-related costs in compliance with Statements of Work (SOW) or Custom Development Requests (CDR).
  • Communicate billable activities and scope changes to internal teams and customers, ensuring alignment on costs.
  • SQL and Data Wizard
  • Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for data conversion, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Work with EDI formats and protocols (e.g., EDI 210, 214, 990) or other structured data standards.
  • Familiar with data exchange protocols such as HTTP, SFTP, and AWS S3 for integrated workflows.
  • Excellent trouble-shooter
  • Leverage debugging tools, logs, and SQL queries to identify root causes and deliver rapid resolutions
  • Troubleshoot software bugs, data flow issues, and performance concerns in collaboration with engineering.
