Description Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv. We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our R&D department and lead complex projects from planning to delivery. The role requires strong execution skills, matrix management across multiple R&D teams, and the ability to coordinate with Product, Research and Operations. The ideal candidate has a strong technical orientation, proven experience in project delivery within R&D, and the leadership skills to influence stakeholders at all levels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Own end-to-end execution of projects within the R&D department. Lead project planning, task definition, tracking, and delivery on time and with high quality. Drive matrix management across multiple R&D teams to ensure alignment, resolve dependencies, and meet milestones. Coordinate closely with Product, Research, Development, QA, and Operations teams to achieve project goals. Proactively communicate with stakeholders, report progress, highlight risks, and propose mitigation plans. Identify bottlenecks, foster collaboration, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency. Manage expectations with stakeholders at different levels, from hands-on teams to senior executives. Adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines. Responsibilities None Requirements 5 years of experience in project management within a technological R&D environment. Proven experience managing projects across multiple R&D teams in a matrix structure. Hands-on experience with advanced project management tools (Jira, Monday, Confluence, or similar). Strong technical orientation and ability to understand software development processes and their impact on execution and risks. Excellent project management skills: task planning, tracking, risk management, and cross-team coordination. Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects in parallel.
