Description

Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation. Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues. Implement effective project management methodologies and tools. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams. Collaborate with technical experts to ensure project feasibility and quality. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools. Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and communicate project status to stakeholders at all levels. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members. Resolve conflicts and address challenges proactively. Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle. Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Desired Skills/Experience Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate project teams. Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Team Management: Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams. Technical Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana) and collaboration tools.
