Supports the execution of projects by monitoring project progress; tracking action items; conducting design and implementation reviews; examining, researching, and resolving issues; escalating issues to appropriate authority; responding to team members' concerns; coordinating requirements with interested departments. Assures quality solutions by developing and maintaining project and technical documentation. Accomplishes work requirements by assigning and scheduling project assignments; following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying work process improvements. Provides project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Uses Azure Dev Ops or similar software to create and maintain all documentation associated with projects. Maintains and supports multiple projects with multiple deadlines concurrently. Meets all deadlines and quality objectives set by Internet Development Manager. Reports project status to Internet Development manager and documents and logs all changes to system software. Updates job knowledge by tracking technology and project management advances; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Working knowledge of project management tools such as Azure Dev Ops, and supporting software including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Experience with project management disciplines such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum A BS degree and/or 5+ years of experience managing projects. Experience managing e-commerce projects is preferred. Self-motivated person with high drive for complete customer satisfaction. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to details and highly organized Must be able to hold flexible hours to include on-call work after hours as needed.
