Piper Companies is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program/Project Manager with a strong engineering background to join a leader in the healthcare services industry. The Technical Program/Project Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives across product development and commercial media programs.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE TECHNICAL PROGRAM/PROJECT MANAGER INCLUDE:

• 3–5+ years as a Scrum Master or Technical PM in digital media, healthcare, or B2B tech.
• Proven success managing complex projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban.
• Proficient in Jira, RICE scoring, sprint velocity tracking, and financial forecasting.

• Develop and manage execution plans, roadmaps, and workflows aligned with product strategy.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization using Agile and waterfall methods.
• Apply AI tools to improve team productivity and process efficiency.
• Define RACI matrices, manage dependencies, and ensure stakeholder accountability.
