Description

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and optimization of software and services delivery across all client engagements. You will oversee project managers, implementation engineers, and client success leads to ensure we deliver high-quality, on-time solutions that drive long-term customer value.
This role requires a unique blend of operational leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and client-facing finesse. You’ll own delivery strategy, resource planning, project health, and performance metrics across multiple accounts.

MINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of experience in professional services, software delivery, or technical project management — including 3+ years in a leadership role.

  • Proven ability to manage complex programs across multiple clients, technical teams, and geographies.
  • Experience working with agile and hybrid delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, waterfall-to-agile transitions).
  • Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or platform-based service delivery.
  • Deep understanding of client dynamics, cross-functional alignment, and stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity while driving toward structured outcomes.

    • Strong communicator and culture-builder who thrives in collaborative, distributed environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (MBA or PMP a plus)

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Salesforce, and Confluence

    • Experience scaling delivery functions in a high-growth tech company
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for all client-facing projects — from scoping and kickoff through deployment and support transition.

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of project managers, implementation engineers, and delivery specialists.
  • Drive delivery excellence by implementing best practices, repeatable frameworks, and clear quality standards.
  • Oversee capacity planning and team resourcing to ensure delivery commitments are met across all workstreams.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to align client expectations with platform capabilities and roadmap priorities.
  • Establish KPIs and delivery dashboards to monitor project health, risk, velocity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as an escalation point for delivery-related issues, working proactively to manage risk and resolve challenges.
  • Create playbooks, tooling, and documentation that enable scalability and reduce delivery friction.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and client advocacy across the delivery team.
