We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to take ownership of a critical payment solution initiative for one of our global clients. This is a strategic leadership role that blends hands-on technical expertise with project delivery oversight in a collaborative, multinational environment. As a Technical Project Manager at Endava, you’ll lead the delivery of Agile projects, ensuring strong alignment between business goals, technical teams, and client expectations. Acting as a facilitator and key communicator, you’ll drive collaboration, remove obstacles, and ensure timely, high-quality execution. This role is ideal for professionals who perform well in fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering results through strategic problem-solving. Responsibilities: Planning, executing, and managing the technical project team from initiation to completion. Managing project plans, release schedules and resource allocation. Identifying and overseeing risks, dependencies, and technical challenges to ensure project success. Implementing and enforcing Scrum ceremonies for efficient project execution. Monitoring project progress, tracking key metrics, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Promote team motivation, collaboration, and communication while supporting performance evaluations. Manage client expectations, engagement, and stakeholder relationships effectively.
