We are looking for a Project Manager with strong technical and security skills and solid experience in managing IT and Security-related projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate complex programs with a focus on Cyber Security, Compliance, and Risk Management, ensuring successful project delivery across international environments. Responsibilities Lead and deliver IT & Security projects by planning, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and security frameworks. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget, while meeting security and compliance requirements. Assist in defining project objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and security feasibility. Oversee resource allocation and ensure alignment with project security policies. Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate methodologies and security metrics. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting in line with ITSMS / ISMS (ISO 27001) models. Proven work experience in IT project management with exposure to security-focused initiatives (e.g., cybersecurity deployments, security audits, infrastructure hardening, compliance projects). Strong technical background with hands-on experience in infrastructure, networks, and security solutions. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, ITIL, COBIT). PMP/Prince II certification (additional certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA will be considered a plus). Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to perform in high-pressure situations and manage multiple competing priorities while ensuring security and compliance controls are maintained. Solid organizational skills, with attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
