REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile boards, sprint planning, and backlog management in Jira or equivalent.
  • Highly organised, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver results.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage shifting priorities, and maintain momentum.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Skilled at setting up, tracking, and reporting project progress so teams and stakeholders always know what’s happening and what’s next.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Background in Infrastructure Services (servers, networks, cloud platforms, IT operations).

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with drone software, robotics, or IoT systems.
  • Experience helping IT systems and infrastructure grow smoothly in fast-moving, expanding businesses.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the CTO and Product Owner to manage the full, ongoing SDLC — from understanding requirements to guiding development, delivery, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Heads of Department to plan, steer, and deliver projects, keeping them on track from requirements to completion
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, and product teams to drive technical delivery.
  • Keep projects organised with documentation, reporting, and light-touch governance to keep projects on track whilst adapting quickly as our needs evolve.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively develop mitigation plans.
  • Build strong relationships and ensure clear communication across our internal teams and with external customers to keep everyone aligned and engaged.
