We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) who brings together expertise in software development and product development to lead the successful delivery of high-impact technical projects. This role requires someone who can partner closely with teams to bring ideas from concept to market, while ensuring technical excellence and business alignment. While experience with AI services is not required, it is considered a significant advantage. Candidates with exposure to AI/ML technologies will have the opportunity to work on projects that integrate emerging tools and services into innovative products.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or related roles.
• Strong background in software development (hands-on experience as a developer, engineer, or technical lead).
• Proven track record in product development, working closely with product teams to launch software products.
• Excellent knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across technical and business teams, translating requirements between stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and services is a major plus but not required.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM are an advantage

• Lead full lifecycle software and product development projects, from initial requirements through design, implementation, and launch.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to define scope, roadmap, and delivery milestones.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable project plans.
• Provide technical oversight by leveraging your software development background to guide design and implementation decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, product management, QA, operations, and design.
• Drive Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and optimize workflows for efficiency and clarity.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve roadblocks.
• Deliver consistent reporting and status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support projects involving AI services (e.g., data-driven applications, large language models, model integration) when applicable.
